Xiaomi launched POCO X3 NFC. It is one of the most mid-rangers of the year. The device has gaming-centric features thanks to the latest Qualcomm SoC and a copper cum graphite backed cooling system. POCO X3 promises high-end features that provide flagship-like functionality at a lower cost.
Design and Display
The device has a unique take on circular camera bumps. It features a round aisle with a squircle camera bump home to a quad-sensor camera setup arranged in an ‘X’ formation. POCO X3 is built around a 6.67-inch LCD DotDisplay display. It offers FHD+ resolution topped with a 120Hz refresh rate, 395 PPI pixel density, 2-pixel density, 240Hz touch sampling, 20:9 aspect ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, HDR10, and 450 nits brightness.
Internals and Storage
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G that features Adreno 618 Elite Gaming GPU. The device has 6 GB RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of UFS 2.1 expandable storage. it boots on Android 10 topped with MIUI 12. Smartphone has an enlarged copper heat pipe with multiple layers of graphite for heat reduction. It has gaming features including a Z-axis linear haptic motor and Game Turbo 3.0 performance boosting. The smartphone comes with support for NFC and an IP5 3 rating. it is splash resistant. Featured with WiFi 5, BT 5.1, and dual stereo speakers.
The smartphone sports quad-sensor cameras with a 64 MP primary sensor alongside a 13 MP ultra-wide cam, a 2 MP depth sensor, a 2 MP macro lens. It is equipped with a 20 MP selfie camera on the front.
Battery and Pricing
It packs a large 5160 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. POCO X3 NFC can go from 0 percent to 100 percent charge in 65 minutes. It will cost €269 for the 6GB/128GB variant and €229 for the 6GB/64GB variant. It will be available for sale by 17th September.
