Zoom introduces new filters and tweaks to audio and lighting to offer a better video calling experience.
The new update focuses on fun, bringing plenty of amusing filters to explore. Now, people can put on sprout horns, color filters, an eye patch, and more. All of these are available under the virtual backgrounds option.
Zoom also introduced convenient ways for people to adjust how they look in a video call. It supports lighting adjustments and skin smoothing for users to improve how they look or work easily in dim environments. A new option can be found under the video settings to adjust the lighting as well. The option is available with the name of “adjust for low light”.
Zoom has improved its noise suppression feature to aid people working in noisy environments or sensitive microphones. People can choose between low and high suppression levels to suit different environments.
Now, there are reaction buttons and video overlay with transparent backgrounds for presentations.
