Gone are the days of Internet Explorer, which unlike all the efficient apps of Microsoft wasn’t good enough. With the introduction of window 10, a new Microsoft browser was introduced in 2015. This was a major upgrade from the previous browser. The funny and memes around explorer finally ended. This year Microsoft has introduced a new browsing update. This update is the blend of chrome and edge. Edge has gone chromium based and it offers a lot more exclusive feature as compared to the previous Microsoft Browser.
Giving you the fresh start
Microsoft edge gives you a new feature upon installation. With the fresh start, it allows you to import all the search history, contact, e-mail, log in and passwords. Importing data and sync with other devices is also available.
Themes for new tabs
While setting up edge also asks the users to select the theme for the new tabs. The three options include Information, Inspirational and Focused.
The extension
Edge has a separate list for all the extensions installed in the browser. It also contains a link to the Microsoft store where new extensions are available. The rumor has it that with this new union of Chrome with the edge, the edge users will also be able to install the extensions from the chrome browser.

The sync options
The new edge allows a variety of sync option with the other browsers. The option is said to be available in the coming months the sync oh history, passwords, settings, auto-fill information, extensions, and tabs will also be available.
The leak
Although the application hasn’t been officially launched, the news suggests that leaked version is present online and people are downloading, trying it out and comparing how it is different. The words are that there are a lot of functions which are faulty in the current version. With the official launch, the current issue will hopefully be resolved. Looks wise it seems like chrome browser with a few exclusive features. The critics also have the comment that ‘they don’t see the reason why anyone should switch from Chrome or Mozilla to Edge.
