There is a huge gap in communication between people who were here before the internet and the people who came after it came. Now is the age of internet. People don’t live simple lives. Everything is digitalized. The competition has gone tough among the people. Back then, people led a simple life and there was lesser knowledge.
Internet came three decades ago
Internet came three decades ago, and before this, we had no idea how far technology would come. Now we have new advancements in technology because of internet. Internet has made world a global village. And it is due to the internet that people are becoming more aware of what is happening in the world.
Competition is grown
Competition is grown. Whether you are going to a vacation or finding a job, you are just a click away. Internet and search engines like Google have made it easier for people to find the best results. People above 30 of age are not that competitive and anxious.

Advancements of Internet
They did not see the advancements of internet like we did, so there is a general pattern of rest seen in them. They do not appear in a haste. According to a research, they are less stressed out than most of us millennials are.
Has internet stolen our calmness
Has internet stolen our calmness? I will say, yes it has. We are often too much involved in getting information that is of no concern to us. This rapid exchange of data and information has increased our stress levels automatically. We are getting involved in a continuous race in who is going to be the best. Average is the new fail.
Do we have internet to blame?
So, if one is to blame internet for the general unrest, it will not be wrong substantially. But we cannot
say that this is the only factor. With the increase in population, there is certainly a much greater need
for survival. And in order to survive, we need to be tough and competitive.
