The ever-changing technology is also responsible for the drastic changes in how we entertain ourselves. Back in days, TV was the only source of entertainment. The favorite drama in the mealtime with a lot of ads and gaps. Now, the trends have changed and are more available than ever. Books are being made into series and movies decreasing the need to read them. Movies have hidden messages and are predicting the future.
Fast paced Internet
The speed of the internet came as a blessing for the entertainment industry. Hours spent in downloading a movie or game shrunk to minutes. Gone are the days of download songs and forming playlist, because YouTube is available even on mobile data. The dial-up connections that were easily discounted are replaced my high-speed internet so the gaming stays uninterrupted. No need to buys records and albums because each and every song is available on YouTube. Remix, as a bonus feature is also there.

With the fast-paced internet came the online streaming services. The good thing about these services is the ad-free viewing of the favorite content bad thing you have to pay. The availability of online payment methods worldwide has allowed these services to be widespread and common.
