Understanding the term
The term Digital Nomad has two words in it. It depicts the harmonious collision of two opposite worlds and two opposite lifestyles.
Nomad: if we imagine the word, we see people traveling with all of their things. Then they take a pause somewhere to gather food and where there is water. They stay there for a few days and move again.
Digital: if we look at digital we see a person working on a computer in an elaborate office environment, all dressed up and ready to conquer the world.
If we combine these a sort of picture comes into our mind like something is not quite right. In reality, it is a perfect blend of work and travel. It is an emerging lifestyle of working on the move. All that digital nomads need is the laptop and the internet connection and they are good to go.
