The first thing is the Echo Frames, which includes Alexa glasses, unlike Google glasses. There are no cameras and no display. There are just a speaker and a microphone for you.
The second thing is the Echo Loop, which includes Alexa Ring with two built-in microphones. As well as a tiny speaker with it. The volume will settle later this year.
The glasses can purchase without lenses, later on, you can choose or add lenses for yourself. Glasses are not looking stylish but they look pretty to accept.
